Another really great book by Lindsey Davis!! Thank you so much for sharing it! It is pretty short (a few minutes shy of 3 hours, but the fictionalized characters that are caught up in the natural catastrophe of Vesuvius erupting draw the reader into the horror and senseless loss of life, as well as how they died. Ms. Davis is a wonderful writer. Her irreverent humor and characters are so compelling. I look forward to reading more by her!
